Direct purchase terms
These terms describe buying a paid Smart Photo Tools app directly from this website. Etsy purchases use Etsy’s checkout and order-support process.
Product and delivery
Each paid app runs in a supported browser. A one-time purchase provides a license file and user guide in a downloadable ZIP. We send the ZIP to your purchase email and provide a short-lived backup download link. Save the ZIP and license file. No Smart Photo Tools account is required.
Payment and tax
Direct checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record where available, and its checkout identifies the seller for your transaction. Review the applicable Link customer terms. The displayed USD total includes any tax collected at checkout. Your card issuer may charge for currency conversion. Direct checkout is available only in the countries offered in Stripe Checkout; Etsy remains an option elsewhere.
License use
You may use your paid app license on the computers you use for personal or professional photo projects. Keep your license file private; do not resell it or distribute it to other people. You retain rights to your own photos and exported work. A refund ends your right to use the paid license. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
Help and refunds
If delivery fails or you lose your license email, contact [email protected] with your purchase email or order reference. Do not send card details. See our refund process and Link’s rules for direct purchases. For an Etsy purchase, contact us through Etsy so we can find that order.
