What we receive
For a direct purchase, we receive the email address you enter, the product, purchase amount, tax amount, order and payment references, and delivery status. Stripe collects your payment and address information in its checkout. We do not receive or store your complete card number or security code. If you contact support, we also receive the information you include in that message.
How we use it
We use purchase information to confirm payment, deliver the license and guide, answer questions, replace a lost purchase email, handle refunds and disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business and tax records. We do not use a purchase email for marketing unless you separately ask for marketing messages.
Who handles it
Stripe and its Managed Payments service process direct payments and transaction support. Cloudflare hosts this site and stores direct order and delivery records. Resend sends license emails. Google hosts our support mailbox when you email us. Each provider processes information needed for its service under its own privacy terms. Etsy handles Etsy purchases under Etsy’s policies.
Your photos and projects
The collage app edits photos in your browser. The direct-purchase system does not receive your photos or project files. Your browser may retain app data on your device; clearing browser data can remove it.
Storage and security
Purchase and support records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Access to order administration is restricted. We use HTTPS for site and provider communications and keep license delivery files in private storage. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold. We will honor applicable rights and explain if we must retain some records for legal or business reasons. Depending on where you live, you may also have a right to object to certain processing or complain to a privacy regulator.
