I'm Joshua Ayres, the photographer behind Smart Photo Tools. Email me at [email protected] with any question, including help with an order you bought on this site. Please include the email address you used at checkout. If you bought on Etsy, message me through Etsy instead so I can find your order.
For an Etsy purchase, open my shop page and select Contact. Include your order number if you have it.
Should I buy direct or on Etsy? Either one. You get the same download and the same license. Direct checkout works in 81 countries; if yours isn't listed, buy on Etsy.
Lost your license file? If you bought on this site, use the download link in your purchase email. If the link has expired, email me for a new one. If you bought on Etsy, download it again from your Etsy Purchases page, or message me on Etsy with your order number. If you clear your browser data or switch browsers, just select the license file again.
Which browsers work? Current Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox on a Mac or Windows laptop or desktop. Smart Collage Mobile works in current phone browsers; sharing and adding it to your Home Screen depend on your phone.
Can I use an app on more than one computer? Yes. Select the same license file on each one.
Do my photos get uploaded? No. Editing happens in your browser, on your own computer. The apps don't send your photos to Smart Photo Tools.
